2. Exceptional Circumstances: Return & Exchange
We provide limited protection in the event of product defects:
Application Period: Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
Procedure: Please take clear photos or videos of the product's condition and contact our customer service team via WhatsApp (9885 0123).
Product Requirements:
Products must be in their original, brand-new, and unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
Gifts and Shopping Credits: If the original order included any promotional gifts, vouchers, or shopping credits, these must be returned in full alongside the product. If any gift cannot be returned or shopping credit has already been utilized, the corresponding monetary value will be deducted from the refund.
Important Note: All returns must be verified and approved by 123 Dermalux Laboratory. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Resolution Options (Upon Verification)
Once the defect is verified, you may choose one of the following:
A. Exchange for Electronic Gift Card (No Administrative Fee)
The refund amount will be credited to an electronic gift card.
The gift card is valid only at 123 Dermalux Laboratory and can be used for multiple transactions until the balance reaches zero.
The gift card is subject to an expiry date, is non-reloadable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or by cheque, at the sole discretion of 123 Dermalux Laboratory.
