Thank you for choosing 123 Dermalux Laboratory. We offer "In-store Self-Pickup" and "SF Express Delivery" options as follows:
1. Collection & Delivery Options
Self-Pickup: You may collect your order at any of our designated locations free of charge.
SF Express Delivery:
Enjoy Free Delivery on orders with a net value of HK$1,000 or more.
For orders below HK$1,000, deliveries will be arranged via SF Express (Cash on Delivery).

3. Terms and Conditions
Order Processing: Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability.
Delivery: Limited to Hong Kong. We will contact you to verify details before delivery.
Modification: Once confirmed, your chosen pickup location or shipping address cannot be changed. In case of delivery failure due to incorrect addresses, shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional charges apply for re-delivery.
Inspection: Please inspect your items immediately upon collection or receipt. Should there be any non-human damage, please contact us within 3 days for assistance.
Force Majeure: Services will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
123 Dermalux Research Institute reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
